Advantage Air Systems Ltd is taking the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the UK very seriously. We have put our business continuity plan in place and are keeping abreast of the developing situation.

Be assured that we are continuing to operate our business as usual, but in line with the Government’s advice and recommendations. Our number one priority is the safety and well-being of our staff and customers.

All our staff have been made aware of the symptoms and effects of COVID-19. Anyone suspecting they have symptoms has been instructed to self-isolate at home for a minimum period of 14 days.

Office-based staff are working from home where possible to reduce social interaction. Office systems are in place for staff to work from home seamlessly and effectively. Our office number is redirected as necessary to cover every eventuality.

Where possible we have reduced the size of our field service teams so that our air conditioning engineers remain segregated from each other to reduce the risk of multiple engineers becoming ill at any one time.

Our personnel have been given the necessary information and training to reduce their risk of infection and spread of the virus. Before starting any works on site, our engineers will seek confirmation that there is no one on site who is exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 infection. Should this be the case, our staff have been instructed not to proceed and to leave the area immediately.

For domestic situations, if any residents are self-isolating but NOT exhibiting symptoms, our engineers will be able to continue working. However, our engineers will request social distancing from anyone who is self-isolating and will make an assessment on site to ensure their own safety and the safety of others.

We will, at all times, follow any site-specific requirements imposed on us by our customers. Please let us know if you have any specific guidelines that you would like us to comply with.
