What We Did

Our client was looking for an energy efficient cooling and heating solution that would ensure the comfort of their guests whatever the weather.

Following our site survey, we carried out detailed peak cooling and heating load calculations to establish how much cooling and heating is required to maintain a comfortable environment.

For applications of this type our calculations are based on a desired room temperature of 22°C ± 2°C at a maximum summer ambient temperature of 35°C and a minimum winter ambient temperature of -3⁰C.

Once sized, we selected an air conditioning system manufactured by Mitsubishi Electric. We have found their equipment to be of very high quality, energy efficiency and reliability over the last 25 years that we have been installing air conditioning systems.

The client wanted a modern, sophisticated look and this was achieved by selecting a system from Mitsubishi Electric’s LN range. The wall mounted units have a contemporary streamlined design and premium quality feel as well as industry leading low sound levels.

The system is very energy efficient, utilising the low GWP R32 refrigerant and benefits from a built-in Wi-Fi interface compatible with smart phones and tablets.

Installation took a day to complete and the customer was delighted with the results.
